Last year I missed that event somehow and this year there was no way for not to go there even if it was hard to get up at 6.00 am Sunday morning. Bay to Birdwood is the largest automotive event in the world and is happening in South Australia lining up more than 1600 cars (this year historic vehicles produced from 1956 to 1977). Usually cars are starting at the City of Holdfast Bay ( Adelaide Shores, Barratt Reserve West Beach) and heading towards the National Motor Museum at Birdwood attracting thousands of people on its way. All the route covers nearly 70 km. This event was supported by SA Police, SA Ambulance and SA Fire Services including RAA Road Service. Next 2014 Bay to Birdwood event will be held on Sunday, September, 28. I hope you will like the pictures. Full album with a 1000 photos is available on my Facebook Page. All pictures are available for sale.
